Why I Started FoxyBody Fitness
a message from the owner

Little did I know that by accepting a proposal from my fiance I was accepting a full time job in planning our wedding! I was so bogged down already with my full time job teaching, my part time job as a group exercise instructor and personal trainer and to add this into the mix was a disaster waiting to happen. Before I knew it, I was missing my workouts for meetings with caterers, florists and possible venues and by the time I got to trying on dresses I was two sizes bigger than I was on the night of my proposal. I was devastated!

The only way I could commit to making it to the gym was to commit to a trainer that I was paying. It was hard for me to shell out the cash knowing that I was paying someone to do the same thing I do. But I realized quickly that sometimes it's not about what you know; it's about making things happen. Money was tight, but I figured if I can spend $500 on invitations, $60 on napkins and $170 on favors that my guest will probably throw out before the night is over, this was worth it. I wanted to look amazing in the pictures that would last a lifetime. When all eyes are on me, I wanted to look and feel my best. I wanted to confidently strut my stuff down that aisle and wow my fiance and all of my guests. And that's just what I did!

I have always been passionate about health and fitness, but this adventure built up a passion inside of me. If I felt this way, how many other brides were in the same boat? Something needed to be done! That's when I decided to start FoxyBody Fitness and BridalBodies, to help other women like me feel great and look their best.
